Do you have any guidance for tomorrow nights class? Any guidance on managing energy flow during long periods of channeling for so many different people?

Dear heart 

When many come to the fore for an event such as this it brings much energy. Much expectation, much propulsion. You as a channeler of "energy" may tap into this flow, use it to rise you higher into the realms. You may use this energy to lift you higher. As a kite lifts in the wind. The more the wind blows the greater the height. There will be much energy flow channeled in expectation. In turn their guides as well as we, will help lift. Dear heart tap into this flow.

As you always do dear heart. Simply by aligning with we and the intent to be in the flow that is there, with the intent. Dear heart worry not. The energy flow currently supports. Be at peace and enjoy what you enjoy to do.

I did have a high energy day today. I put it down to the sunny day, and finally getting over this virus I've had for the past week. I've got a monster headache now though...

And yet you are here communicating with WE, out of altered state. Did you not feel a difference in our communication this day? 

Yes I haven't transcribed yet. I always doubt it to begin with. It feels so much like me

Dear heart we are melded. It will feel like you and yet it is WE also. We are entwined so fully that you don't know if it's you or WE.

We love you so, dear heart, your innocence softens our heart, and yet we understand your fire within. Dear heart be in stillness. Feel us. We can ease your ache. Energy flow will ease the pain

Updates to my pages 14/9/15

Hi everyone :)
Some updates...
First apologies for the sporadic postings of late. It's been an intense few months! Some weeks I am juggling three classes. A combination of channeling mastery, light body, and creating abundance. I've also been unwell with a flu type virus.

As many know I stopped posting many of my personal channels simply because I didn't think people were interested. I had "assumed" that most were only interested in current affairs energetically speaking, so I channeled mainly on those, and on certain topics that some have asked me to channel on ( still to get to many of those ) and left many of my personal channels and experiences out.
However, I have had many messages and emails reminding me that many follow my posts because they too are beginning to channel, activate light body, awaken etc, and they like reading about my personal experiences in this area. The ups and downs, the highs and lows, etc as it helps them to understand what they may be experiencing at the time. We are going through this shift in consciousness together after all, so it stands to reason we may experience some of the same hurdles, or bumps on the road.

Channeling I've discovered is an ongoing learning experience, with continual upgrades or frequency shifts, which affect your life, simply because through the messages, and energy shifts your life changes. It's part and parcel I've discovered. I've also realise not many channels share in this way, their personal experiences with their guides, the actual channeling process, and that perhaps IS what I'm meant to be doing here also.
So......
I've decided to again share my personal channeled conversations with Abacus, as I did with Adam when I first began. I must make clear these conversations are in writing most of the times. I am still in a channeling state, still connected, just in s slightly different way. Well that's my experience of it. I find when I am in light body channeling state ( ie running my vibrational centres to lift my energy into a higher space ) and voice channel from that high space the channels are different, the information has a different feel. Again that's just my experience. Maybe in time I can tap into that while automatic writing. That the two somehow merge..,
So I ask, that you always use discernment in the reading of my journal experience, or any of my channels really. Only take what feels true for you.. It is always, my interpretation of the energy I am channeling. Some days the messages are clearer than others. The messages do have  a very esoteric feel and may be a little "out there" for some ;)

So my future postings will be a combo. A mix of current energy information, card readings, as well as my personal experiences. I will mark the posts clearly. I finish this post at exactly 1:11pm.

Greetings dear one, greetings to all. We are here once again. We may bring through the card readings, and then we have much to communicate. We will not preamble we will begin

The card of one

When there is an notion, when there is an idea, when a thought comes from seemingly nowhere, it is an idea to perhaps run with the thought, for the thought does not come from nowhere. The thought comes from somewhere that is beyond your linear mind. A thought comes because there is a purpose that may get you to where you are wishing to go. They are patterns that develop within our plane. Patterns that you have projected when you ask us for help, when you are wishing your life to develop in a certain arena, and yet you do not have the answers, and you plead the answers, but you await them in a seemingly space, and yet you do not understand that the answers come in their own time, and on time. The answers may not come to you when you think that they may come, but in fact come when the time is right. When the fruit is ripe they come, and it is then that you must decipher the idea, and bring it into fruiration, for you are the manifester, not we, you.

Be observant to ideas and inspiration that come, for they do not come from nowhere. They indeed come from somewhere, and they may be the key to unlocking the door that you are trying so intensely to open.

The card of two 

Those reading the card of two wish to understand the concepts of living. They wish to understand why they are here. They wish to understand the universal nature in things, why things run in a certain sequence, why there is the ebb and the flow, why at times life is so difficult. We say to the ones here, it is what you make it. Life may be difficult or life may be  easy. Life may in fact be an ease. What we mean by this is you may walk your path in the stream, and attain developments in all that comes to your space, or you may complain, you may wish it was another way, you may rant and rave. You may not be happy with your quest in life, but we say to you, you choose your quest. No other chooses your quest, you choose your quest, and you have the power to flow with what comes, and when what comes is not to your liking, you may simply allow it to flow, as water flows from a ducks back, and pick the next choice and then the next. The universal nature is a complexity that not all may understand at this time, however, there are the simple laws of nature,  and when these are followed, your path, your journey, may be of ease. You have always a choice whether to make what comes before you easy or difficult. It is a matter of perception dear ones.

The card of three

The ones that are walking this path at present are experiencing what many are experiencing at this time. There is a letting go. There is decisions to be made. There is a stage to develop. Not all comes to the fore that may serve your inner nature. Much comes in the fore when one ingests ideas that it may be so. It comes to the fore to be cleared, to be understood. It is not to say that what is occurring is a difficult thing, or as you class it a bad thing, for there is no such thing in our realm. It is more the idea that you see this as such. If you delve into why you see something the way you do, and you understand that it is you that affects your world, then you understand in the idea that you have power. It is not the idea that has the power, it is the one viewing the circumstances, viewing the idea. Are we making clear understanding? When one is disgruntled with what is occurring in their lifestream, understand the lifestream is a projection of you, and so if you are disgruntled with what is occurring, change the projection. If it is that, that is occurring from the past, and it is occurring once again, then there is something to be dealt with here. It has come up again. It is another layer for you to search into, and understand in fullness, what is getting your goat, so to speak. Once you understand what it is, then you may delve into, what it is in you, that feels this way. A belief system to perhaps be delved into further understanding, and once it is understood, then it can be let go, and then the situation begins to dissolve for without the belief the situation may not trigger you. We may speak in riddles, but we do not give you the answers dear ones. We lead you to search for your own answers.

Communication-The Dance

Greetings we are here once again. Greeting to all that will listen to these words this day.

This one is most stubborn, however we are pleased to be in communication. We bring information regarding the need for rest at this time, when one is integrating due to changes in their dynamical structures. When there is a vibrancy shift, when there is integrations to be had, the physicality has a need to reboot. It is much like your computers when you have updates. You shut down your computers, do you not? You shut them down and you allow for the updates to take place, so that they may work in uniform with each other, and when the updates have been downloaded, then you begin the device once again, and all the new software come into view and all the programs work at a better capacity, at a higher running output and input. It is so that we advise when one requires rest due to updates in their physicality due to integrations. Many souls at this time, many humans, humanity are integrating, a wave of energy, so you say. It is energy that is coming round as a curve. Many are beginning to absorb the nature of this energy, the beginnings of a certain frequency, and so many are feeling in their physicality, a shifting, some that doesn't feel so pleasant but necessary all the same. Integration requires a shut down so to speak, a reboot in your physicality, and what we explain to this one is when one feels the need to rest that they should rest, for in resting the integrations are downloaded and then rebooted, and come onto line, so to speak. Rest is not wasted time dear ones. You are so busy being busy, that the integrations cannot come online. It is like your electronics, they get bound up so to speak, so many updates on the computer, the computer running and running and what happens is that it jams. It blocks, and what is needed is for the computer to be shut down so that it can work more efficiently once it is restarted. What we say to you dear ones, is when your physicality requires rest, we advise that rest is needed. Listen to your bodies. Trust your intuition when it comes to resting. We do not mean to be the berating parent here, we are simply reminding.

You have many questions regarding communication, and there have been many asking the questions of communication. We say to you, all will communicate in a way that suits their communication process. There is none that is quite the same. There is none experience exactly the same colours and shades, for you are individual as much as you are sameness, as much as you are one soul, one creator, you are individualised so that you bring different experiences to the fore, and so in your connections with your selves, with your higher selves, with your guides, with your helpers, they will all differ slightly. One is not better than the other simply because one is different to the other. There is no right or wrong way. If the connection is made, the connection is made dear ones. It does not have to be exactly as another. It is the human condition to doubt, to put into boxes what they do, and label them accordingly. We say to you all communicate in different shades and colours. All energy alternates at different wavelengths. They are one in unison, however there are different synchronies, to each. We in the realms communicate, to many. We bring information, different aspects to many, and each soul that we communicate with, that we join with, has a slightly different flavour, some are so very subtle in the difference however, there are differences, and so each will have their own flavours, so to speak.

It is much like the candy store where there are many delicacies in varying colours and shapes, however the base of the delicacy, the base of the bonbon, is the same. They are all created with what you know as syrup or a sugar substance. However they all taste slightly different, for there are different flavours within the make up, and so all the different souls that we communicate to are a slightly different flavour, and so their messages that they bring will be similar and yet not, they all bring their own harmonics to the fore, that radiate to match different frequencies, with the many. It is the way of it. It is the dynamics, the flow. It is on purpose in this way. We ask you, what would be the point if we communicated exactly the same way to each soul? You have many communicators on your plane at this time. Not a one is exactly the same as as the other. Have you not noticed? Not a one, is bringing through messages in the same exact way. This is for good cause, for not all will be in tune with the one messenger. Not all will be on the same radio frequency, so to speak. It is like your radio station with all the different frequencies. Not all listen to the same station. Not all are in tune to the same station, and so you all communicate dear ones, in slightly different ways and yet at the very root of it it is the same. Even the ones that are not channelers so to speak, have a connection and receive messages on their own radio dial. They are simply not conscious of it, and yet they do it every day. They are constantly receiving intuitive guidance.

We say to you do not be too preoccupied with what one does, rather be more preoccupied with the actual message that comes to the fore. We understand how many wish to understand how one communicates, and what we say to these is find a way that works for you. It does not have to be exactly as anothers. You will know when you are receiving the guidance. You will understand when you finally become in tune with your station. Be in love with that link, that flow, for it matters not how the link is made, but that you are linked, and that you are in the flow. Are you understanding? As one becomes higher in their flow, as one raises their energetic structure, one becomes more in tune, and as one becomes more in tune, one can hear the music much more clearly. Are you understanding the reference? Once one becomes the dance, the dancer is in the flow to the music. One flows seemingly carried by the tones. This is when you hear the music at a greater depth within the soul. Your communication process is improving every time one connects. Every time you sit in that space in communication your frequency lifts. As it lifts the information becomes a higher understanding, the music and the dancer becomes one. Enjoy the process dear ones. Have not worry for reaching the destination, but enjoy the journey. There is a bit of a mish mash in the energies at this time. Patience dear ones, patience. Allow yourself the updates. Allow yourself regeneration. Allow yourself to be rebooted so to speak. So that you may run at a much higher processing speed, so to speak.

This is the message for this day.

We leave you in love. We are forever beside you. When we say we leave you, we leave your conscious connection link. We are always there. It is simply that the volume is lowered so to speak, so that you may go forward in your daily living, but to hear us, to communicate you are simply to raise the dial, turn the dial, and the connection is made.

Footnote: I am stubborn. I could have edited that part out. I didn't. I like to keep the channels intact. I wanted to channel, even though I wasn't well. The guides advised rest, constantly, each time on connection. I did rest..... Eventually .

Dear heart, dear ones, we are here. We have come to the fore, to bring a message, a transmission, if you will, that will guide you in the days to come.

There are many that are beginning to feel somewhat unbalanced to a degree. Many are beginning to sense there is something shifting within them. Some are experiencing the turning of their belly, some are experiencing some irritation. It is as if the layers of the onion, your layers are being peeled back to be brought into the light so to speak, to be shone on, so that, that which does not resonate, may be allowed, to be let go. There will be some that hold on tightly to their layers. They do not wish to let go of anything, however, in this new energy there is a transparency, that begins to envelope the human. All begins to be more clear, to what ones true motives are. How they resonate within themselves, and how they resonate with others. There will come a time where you may know simply by being before another, whether they are in resonation with you or nay, and you will begin to attract only those in resonance, and those that are not in resonance, will fall away, for the fit will just not feel right. It will not be as two peas in a pod where ones do not resonate. It will feel uncomfortable to both parties. However, the ones that resonate will click like peas in a pod. It is what they will attract to another. There will be some that wish to feel like the peas in the pod. They will see that they are doing something different, and they wish to be this difference. They see that things flow. They see that these ones are shining brightly. They will see, they have an ease-ness to life, that their life becomes easier.

However there is an integration to be had. Many will begin to experience heat within their bodies. Some will know them as your biological embodiments, such as viruses, however, others will understand that these viruses cause a heat in the body. The heat that triggers an expansion. It is a technical consideration, and not one that many will understand here. But when the body heats, it causes shifting, it causes the cells to begin to renew, to come to the fore, in unison, to heal, to change into something new. It triggers an opening of sorts. There are many that call this a specific name, however in this exercise we simply say that many will experience heat from within. It is much like when you have a heart opening, you experience the heat in the heart. It is not a painful heat, but it is a type of heat that feels, out of the box. We say to you when you are feeling in this way to rest. To drink clear water. Bless the water with intent that it heals and clears, your cellular structure.

Those that are working with energy, will find the heat does not last so long. It spikes and then it begins to settle, however with others that are not in practice with these technicalities, may experience the heat for a longer time, for the heat has more to work with.

The energies shifting are for all humanity, however there will be some that are more open to the energies, that are more in balance with the energies. The energies do not place any in judgement, they simply create a match. They are attracted to energy that is resonating at a frequency that is similar to it. It does not go out in judgement and say, I will elevate you this day. It is much like a magnet where it is automatically attracted to it counterpart.

We bring the messages today simply to make those aware that if they are experiencing out of the box symptoms, to understand that there is much shifting in ones physicality at this time. Physically and emotionally. So we say to you, simply to be aware of this. To listen to what your body is requiring at this time, and to give it reverance, to give it the attention that it is seeking, and in this way the transition become smoother, and more quicker. There will be some that actually open their eyes wider. They will see much more clearly certain concepts. This is another trigger that is expanding at this time.

Channelers especially will begin to seek more clarity. It is an opportunity in growth in this area if one begins to apply themselves.

There are many seeking changes in the living quarters. This is by no accident. Many are finding a disresonance, with the ones that they are living. We say to these that at times, it is simply a matter of time before all in the vicinity begin to lift along, to a similar frequency, but in some circumstances, the difference in resonance is too great, and so there will be many that will travel on different journeys at this time. Be in acceptance and in allowance for the changes that are occurring, for to hold on tightly will not bring comfort.

We give the analogy of the ship that is sinking. You do not hold onto a sinking ship for you go down with the ship. It is better to swim from the ship, and to take as many with you that you can help, but there will be those that cling to the ship so tightly, they do not want to move anywhere. They want the safety of the ship, even if the ship is going down. These you may not pry their hands from the ship, for they are unpryable. It is up to they to let go and allow. You cannot make another allow. Just as you would not wish someone to make you allow. There is free choice here for all. Some will choose to stay where they are, living the way they are, because it is sameness and it is safety. There will be others that do not resonate to this sameness, and wish to travel new waters. It may feel unsame. There may be some feelings of tepetation, but if you follow your true calling within your soul, within your heart, if you listen closely, you will know whether you are to swim to new waters.

There are some that will question their connections, their communications in amongst all the changes. We say to you many are shifting onto higher ground. When you turn the dial on your radio station, you may receive some static, before the station clears. In the moving to a higher frequency there is a stage of adaptation, between the shifting from from one to the other. Before the new station is clear, you must move from the old to the new, and then you hear the station with a clearness that you never had before. Patience dear ones, there is much occurring at this time. There will be much of the old moving away, to allow for the new coming in.

There is a period of integration that may leave some feeling desolate or alone. Know dear ones you are never alone, ever. You cannot be ever alone. Call on us when you are needing guidance for we are always here here for you. We are ever beside you. Acknowlege your greatness, acknowledge all that you have worked on, and acknowledge that you are enough, for the road that you are to travel. Many will take on new occupations, new beginnings. They are scattered as lights all over the globe, shining brightly. If you could see what we see. We are showing this one an image of great beauty. She sees your earth as being switched on, as your Christmas lights get switched on on Christmas Eve, and they begin to glow in all manner of colours. This one is seeing this occurring on your plane. It is a beauty to behold. You are all light, some greater in resonance than others, but there will come a time where all will shine brightly. This shifts the whole planet into one of great light. You are in a process dear ones of beginning to turn on. To turn on your magnificance, to understand who you are, the beauty that you are, and the creator that you are. These are wonderful times if you perceive them as so. Walk your journey with love in your heart, for all that you encounter. Be in your joy. We tell you this often for it is of most import, for when you are in your joy, you are in the flow and when you are in the flow, you attract all that you desire. Everything comes to you as if by magic, for being in the flow is magical. It is as you are a magnet, that all comes to you easily, without effort, without searching. It will come to you and fall in your lap. Know this truth. This is the message will give you this day. We are in awe of your magnificance, of the journey you have set out to accomplish, and we love you beyond measure. We are you. You are we, embodied, and for this, the greater the love we have for you, always.

This message is complete for this day. This one is experiencing the heat, and the energies help to elevate the heat, however, rest is required dear one.

This one asks us to bring through something of relevance, something that is needed at this time, in these energies.

We say to those that are listening, it is a time of great change. With change comes at times some agitation. One may feel out of sorts. One may feel they are not quite understanding where they are to be. One might feel a little seasick, or feel as if they have just been on a rocking boat, and they feel as if they are not on stable ground. We say to all, rest, ground, be in your joy, be in your flow. Follow the synchronistic events that come to the fore, that come before you in your path, for they come with a reason. It is no mistake that they come. All that comes before you serves a purpose. It may serve a purpose to lead you on to another path. It may serve a purpose to tell you you are needing to rest. It may serve a purpose for you to become in alignment. It may serve a purpose to show you that where you are, is not in resonation with who you are becoming.

There are many reasons why events occur, and synchronistic events especially. Look to what comes before you, with clear eyes. Look at what comes before you at all angles to distinguish where it may help you, where it may take you, or what it is bringing to you. What it is serving you. Be observant to what is coming to your fore. Do not fear change. Change brings you into alignment with where you are heading, where you are to be. Be in your joy, for joy brings you into flow, into alignment. There are many ways you may lift your vibration, when you are not feeling so lifted, so speak. Listen to fine tunes. Be in stillness and in meditation. Sing something that brings you joy. Concentrate on a colour that is soothing, or that is warming, or that is activating. Spend time on mother Earth. These are just some ideas that may bring you back into flow. There is much occuring. We say to you, simply be, simply be. Be present, be kind, be trusting, be calm, and be in allowance to all that you may be, and all that you may become. In love for all.

This is what we bring this day. It is a short message but it is a potent message.

Good evening dear heart, we are here once again. We are happy to bring through the card readings for this day. We ask you not to do over tax yourself in the coming days. You are in the process of integration. You are running at a higher heat, so to speak, and so it is an idea to rest your physicality these days. It will help with integrations and it will help with the communication. We simply advise not to over tax the body. To attain plenty of rest, plenty of grounding. It is what is needed at this time. We begin with the card readings.

The card of one

For those that are reading the card of one we bring through information of a process they may be done at this time, that will help you to disassemble what is true, and what is not. We say to you, open your heart and open your mind, to the current circumstances in your life at this time.

Look at both circumstances.

On the left to see what enables you to grow, which resonates with you, what makes you happy, what lifts you, what brings you joy.

On the right you see that, that disables you, that, that tires you, that, that drains your energy flow, that, that brings you anxiety, that, that, you are not wishing to do.

Now we say to you, feel the heaviness of one against the other. Feel what the one on the left brings you. Feel it from all angles, the lightness, the colours, the way it makes you feel, and then bring yourself to the right. Feel it's color, its heaviness. Look at it from all angles, feel its density, and then ask yourself which is it that you want to bring into your future? Is it that on the left, or is it that on the right? It is always your will, it is always your choice. You may begin a process of crossing from the right what it is you do not wish, and perhaps adding more things that make you feel as does on the left. It is a process of elimination. You chose to be here. You have free choice in how you live your life dear ones. Choose wisely.

The card of two

The card of two, we speak of partnerships. Relationships those that you call your family, those you spend your life living with. Those that you love. We say to you when you love wholeheartedly it is difficult for you to say what you feel, for it is those that you fear judgement of, most of all.

We say to you, follow your heart within those that you love, for if any will understand how you feel it will be those closest to you. Do not be too closed in judgement for what they may say to you, for they will mostly offer you guidance, because they care for you most deeply, and they will wholeheartedly believe they have your best interests at heart. Understand however, as much that you love these, and as much as they love you, the only one that has your best interest at heart is you. You alone hold your best interest for you alone make the decisions that guide you forward. When one makes their decisions guided by another, it is their life they are leading, and not their own. We understand you wish not to cause waves, however waves is what brings growth, and to all those around you. The ebb and flow, the up-and-down, brings you to your most abundant times and your biggest periods of growth. Understand you have those around you that may lend a helping hand if you but open your heart to them. They are your partners in crime, so to speak, as you say in your realm. If you conversed with them in love, in depth, they will be more open to hearing your state of mind, and where you wish to lead.

The card of three

For these we say to you this day, you are making progress in leaps and bounds. You have begun to take the steps. You have begun to open your heart to all the possibilities that are abound, in your view at this time. We say to you, look far and wide, look up and down, look inward for there are many opportunities for you at this time. Do not assume that all that comes your way are bad for there is no such thing as bad or good they are simply choices that one makes. At times a choice that seems bad in your view is actually a gift, for within the gift there is an opening and another path that develops. Look not with limitation but with opening, and an understanding that there are no limits when you go within. There are no limits to where you may go, and what you may do. The only limitations are the ones that you place upon yourself. You are a creator. You are a piece of God. You are materialised into this plane. How may you say, how may you put limitations, on a piece of God? You cannot, for it is not able. It is not possible to put limitations on a creator. Only the creator may put limitations on itself.
