(A late night conversation that resulted after I was triggered by an article on social media, and so turned to the guides for answers)

I have questions. I'm angry.

Dear heart we are aware. Breathe. Clear. You are fatigued & with fatigue comes distortion of where one places their attention. You see with your eyes not with your inner heart. We have discussed these concepts prior to this day. Fatigue blinds what is true dear heart. Anger serves no course but to propel more to the fore.

People are starving. Children are eating pancakes made of dirt to survive, to fill their belly! How can we do nothing? How can this be happening in our world when there is so much food available. Food being thrown away.  It's so unfair. Rich getting richer and poor dying when there is plenty of food for all

Dear heart do you know why you are here? 

Huh? I'm confused.

Dear heart clear for a moment. Allow the anger to rest by your side and allow the words to flow. Do you know why you are here? 

How can we humans treat our very own like this?  If we try to help by sending money or food it doesn't reach them. The corrupt stop them from receiving. Why is it so difficult

Dear heart centre. You understand why one is here at this time do you not? 

To evolve, how can they evolve when they eat dirt?  When their so busy  in survival!

Do you understand dear heart? Anger does not help humanity to evolve. Anger disables. However anger serves it's purpose. That of which it makes clear to you, that which you do not wish to experience or others. You are all connected through energy through consciousness. What do you want for those that are consuming soil to survive? You cannot change the will of another, their will is theirs alone. They have come in to necessitate change. All come to serve a purpose. Do not think that you have not experienced similar for you have all lived many lifetimes. Some come to earth to be triggers for change. Others come to create change. Others come to trigger the anger you feel to search for answers. All play their part in the cosmic play that is life. You are eternal beings. Do not lose sight of this, change is occuring. The many are stirring. Your wide spread media show the truths of occurances. Your part dear heart is to bring change. To be one that sees beyond the veil. It is time to be as the monkey. Begin to clear your mind of that you do not wish to see and see  happiness for all. When many do this consciousness begins to change, situations begin to change. You help spread the knowledge as many are at this time. Anger is not wrong. Anger serves you when used constructively rather than distructively. 

I'm just tired. Tired of seeing suffering and I'm not even the one eating dirt.

Ahh but there is the mystery. You are all one. You may not be physically at this  moment eating the soil however you are energetically intertwined. You experience their suffering. You are "tapped in" and this, this is why the hundreth monkey works. If you stay in your high space you will help their condition more than being  their experience, energetically speaking. 

But I'm one person. I can't change it.

Patience dear one, patience. Changes are occuring. One aiming to change the betterment for all begins a ripple. Many are beginning ripples. The ripples will increase to a wave, when all become joined in their intent for evolvement of all.

The wave of consciousness is a manifestation of many that wish to evolve. The wave does not make itself. Energy is manipulated by the many. Many ripples build to a wave over time. You still question the hungry ?

There are the villans and the heros, the rich and the poor, the good and the bad. You are in a duality play of sorts. There can not be one without the other . To be where you are is a type of play. All have their parts pre chosen , however free will is always attributed. A player is never stuck where they are but may change their part in their play

How? If they are in a place where they can't rise above a corrupt government ?

Many have risen against corruption dear heart. All is possible when one believes in their power. It is so that it may be difficult however it is not an impossibility

Rest. There are many changes  in Humanity at present. Rest. With rest comes clarity. Much is bring triggered at this time. Some to steer you off your path. Send love send healing. Create energetically food for all. You do not understand the power you weild within. Use your power wisely, not to create scarcity but abundance for all. We see where you cannot see dear heart. We see where you cannot. Know all is occuring in a way that will bring change. You are being buffeted on your journey on your path by winds that strive to slow you. It is better to shield against those that serve to bring turbulence , to slow .

First question was one regarding an experienced I had last night. A night visitor, the resulting mediumship & validation that came today. (Due to privacy I can't share the actual experience)They also expanded on the merge of the 2 guides, and lastly regarding clearing my mind when channeling? What they mean by that....

Dear heart,

What you experienced is in fact mediumship. It matters not the labels to we, for we understand that there is much you require to validate who you are. We allowed this through at a time where your resistance was low, as at another time you walls are up due to your belief system. 

You do not still understand what you may do to heal others. Healing comes in many forms. This experience is simply one of them. We challenge you to drop your barriers. You are ready, have no doubt. There is no danger to you. There is much you can do to help elevate other's pain if you so choose to allow. Your path takes many turns. There are many forks in the road. All lead you to a place where you may bring peace to others. This has always been your purpose. You simply did not have the eyes to see until today. It matters not how you are to bring peace. Peace has always been your goal within and without. Be pleased, there is no shame in this. When you help another you help yourself to find the peace within. 

You query your use of your faculties during communication. Know there  is a process to communication. Any communication. We may continue this thread when your distraction has been elevated. Distance yourself where you may to the distraction. You have control to what you allow in your space. Know this.

You wish to ask regarding our energies. The difference you feel. We are combined. We are now combined, melded. We explained that there will be a time where by that you call Adam would leave and we would come to the fore. It was explained that they do not leave per se, but merge in the cosmic soup. It was explained that you may feel them still, however communication would not be quite as it was. It is why you feel them still but yet you do not receive them as before. We have come to the fore, however you feel the residue. You are still merged with they, as all we are one, and yet it is not as it was. You understand what couldn't be expressed to you prior. You feel us both and yet our words come through at the forefront. You will have more changes. When one is continuing advancement, energies are constantly shifting and so you will experience elevations. Simply acknowledge the shifts and call us by the name you prefer, feel that encompasses the whole. Abacus is adequate. It is relevant. It is a vibration used in your world for counting, marking space or matter, equations as such. Energy is a series of equations in a sense. Look up the defintion to both energy in motion and numerics or the abacus in motion. Both are a series of building blocks, steps so to speak , additions. The name correlates as such.

We advice to scribe ie to channel your creativity today. Be in a state of rest  All is well. 

Healing comes in many forms.

You may heal as a medium, as a channeler, as a worker of energy, as a writer, as an artist with color, with your hands, with your voice. We say love what you do, love why you do it and your reflection is mirrored to you. A milestone has been reached this day. Peace has been forwarded. You begin to understand. You do not have to live as a pre conceived idea of what a spiritual seeker may be. Live your own idea. Create peace everywhere you are. Be peace and peace will be. 

Do not be afraid when these experiences of alternate realities occur. Souls simply seek to bring peace to the ones that are left on your plane. They see their loved ones grieving that may not hear or feel them. You act as a receiver, that helps bring peace to the one on your plane. You have tuned in. Your fear at times stops the message much like static on an airwave.

The lines are fine dear heart. You are a communicater, a link to other planes. Know when the service is of a genuine nature it will heal all concerned. As you lift your energy your gifts will surface. All have these gifts in variance. It is much like a marathon runner. Most may run a marathon if they practice the skill and apply themselves. You apply yourself diligently and so it is a matter of time that certain faculties will open themselves, resurface .

Labels are definative to ones acceptance of them. You are a communicator of varying planes of existance. As you grow this will strengthen your skill at doing so. An interpreter of energy in all forms.

There are variances in the art of healing. It is so that when you work with energy and as you develop, you may tap into various modalities. It is a choice where you may take your new found skills. All will come to pass that will bring the greater outcome for all concerned. An advisement is to be at peace where you are now. To think of future outcomes brings a sense of of being overwhelmed.

It is good to question the content. We have preference to this. We will expand. 

When one communicates with the mind one does not always understand that judgement and beliefs may creep to the fore. When we ask you to clear, what we mean by this, is to clear preconceptions of the material being forwarded. We do not per se mean you to clear your whole thinking process,  for it is through the imagination, through creative thinking that we come through. It is as when an artist paints, or a writer writes, or a singer sings, or a dancer dances, they still use their mind so to speak, but in a way that allows free flow, there is no judgement to what comes, it simply comes. They process, but do not charge the process with their ego, they simply allow the free flow of creativity to come forth. They reach new heights without debating information, and so when we say to clear your mind, we refer to your your ego, to your beliefs, to your judgemental self. It is much like a cannal in a river. You close one gate and open another to allow the river to flow. You do not stop the river flowing you do not stop your mind flowing, you simply close one gate to allow another to open freely. The constructs  that you have built over a lifetime, the belief systems, are put aside of sorts,  but your personality that is you and In co-creation with the thoughts that are we, flow through together, to create a new piece of music so speak, a new flow. 

In "unconscious communication"or channelling, it is simply the spirit that flows through your mind without your personality, it is only the spirits personality that comes to the fore. 

In "conscious communication", or channeling it is a co-creation of spirit AND of you the incarnate. It is a mix of the two to create one.

This is the new energy that enhances you and we. In this way you experience our world and are altered by it, by the energy by the light. All have their own way of communication and none are right or wrong. This is simply the way of it at this time. Energy is changing as is humanity. As we grow together, you will feel more in tune to we, and you will have less doubt and more understanding of the process. This comes with time and patience.

All have their own discernment engines that they may use.

Dear heart, do not worry so, whether you will hear us right or nay. 

When you sit in that space of pure acceptance, for all that comes, with no preconception, no judging of the information that flows, then you will be in the space that is high, and that is straight from the source.

When you think about what is coming, when you think about changing the information, to not tell the person because you are not sure, then it becomes a mishmash and it does not feel true.

We say to you open your mind, your heart, ask for their highest good be known to them, what may serve them at this time, and simply allow the words to flow through as you are doing now.

There is no need to worry that the information will be heard or nay.  They will understand what it is they are listening to.

We say to you do what you always do, as you are doing now, and there can be no wrong. We say to you trust what you receive. You have been doing this now for a time. You understand how we flow through your mind without you thinking about information but rather just allowing those words that you hear to take shape, and you voice. When this occurs many a number of revelations  enter the other. They will see that you are reading them clearly, even though you may not see it as such.

What is needed will come to the fore. Trust that it will be so and it will be so. This is a learning for you to be around many while you bring us through. There will not be one judge, or even half a dozen, but many more.

It is time for you to understand why we are here with you at this time. We wish for you to understand how you may change another, and then that they can go out and change another, and so on. We say to you the only one that may stop the information to flow, is you. Be in calmness. Be connected, and all will be well. know that they will receive what they meant to hear.

We are pleased to be here once again.

There is a  topic we wish to bring forward that is that of those that are gaining awareness that are fast tracking at this time. There has been much speed in the way information is brought forth. There has been much change in the way many are informed of certain occurrences on your plane of existence.

Once upon a time there was no communication in the airwaves and now you have the world in your hands. You may with the click of a finger, find any information that is privvy to the public search modes.

It is not so different in the ethers. As you you advance, we advance, for we are all connected as one. When you increase in your capacity to attain and to hold information, we on the other side also expand.

You do not expand alone, the whole is expanded together, for we are one, and so you are becoming very knowledgeable, much more so than in past years. You are increasingly taking new knowledge forward at a speedy rate. There are technologies that will come to the fore that will again fast track you into a wondrous future.

There will be changes in the way you see, feel, and experience energy. You will understand its complexities a little more, and you will see in which ways energy may serve you.

There is much that the human is capable of, in your physicality, and in the way you project and create. We are most exhilarated to be at a time where we may guide you to fulfill your dreams in becoming an evolved and peaceful community.

There are techniques that may be used in working with the energy,  to help bring forward new accomplishments. The accomplishments will aid you in discovering how far you may expand your physicality, how you may travel past where you are now, using but what you have within you, and the elements that are available to you.

It is much like when you discovered the  plane that flies. You never dreamed  that you may visit the other side of the earth in such a short amount of time. Seemingly travelling in the air, not understanding the complexitiy of how this is attainable, of how  it was attained, and so the future brings many new discoveries that will propel you, beyond what you may imagine. Your  imagination as unlimited as it is, cannot know what it cannot know. It takes one accomplishment to build on to another,  and another, and another. Know we are here to serve you, to help you. We come at a time where we may guide you to your Magnificance, however basics need to be applied first as in most science, you cannot build the bigger model unless you have the foundation in place, and  so we say to you today, one must learn how their thoughts create their outside reality, for there will come a time where you may create almost instantaneously. What you think, what you speak, what you say to another,  is constant creation. It may be difficult to try to reign in your whole thought process. It is almost an insurmountable task, however we say to you, that one may learn to adjust the way they see the world. They may adjust the way alittle, and as you know, doing something daily becomes a habit, and once  the habit is triggered, then you may begin another course of action.

Today, this day we say to you, if you may wake up in the morning and arise from your sleep with a knowing that you are capable of achieving anything, that you wake up with a smile regardless of what is surrounding you, and to be grateful for that all is in your world. To come from your sleep smiling, begins the day that may trigger happy events, and many opportunities to expand, being open to your possibilities that may lay in your path.

If you choose however to wake up from your slumber as you do every other day, you continue to do what you do, then be aware that none will change in your world.

If you are one however, that is accomplishing all that you have ever dreamed  possible, and you are in a happy state, and you are in love with life, and with those around you, then you have discovered the secret, and you may be the way you are living, for it is expanding all.

We say to you,  be in your joy, for when you are in your joy all that comes to you, is more joy. When you are in your joy, you expand your love and your creativity, which touches all around you and brings it back unto yourself.

You live on a beautiful planet, rich with colour and life. There is so much to discover in your world. So many options to create all that you choose. Know that when you begin to understand your capacity, your strengths,  who you are, then your life changes for you are  aware that you are able to create whatever you choose.

Greetings dear ones. We are here this day to bring through the messages that one's can relate to in their current conditioning. We endeavour to help those that are listening to our words this day, and so we begin the reading of the cards and then we shall bring some insight of the occurrences of this time.

The card of one

We say to you let it be. Let it be. Let it be. When one enables another to get under your skin so to speak, then one has lost the power that they are. When you allow another to trigger you into anxiety, into angst, into tears, into sadness then one has lost and given away their power at that precise moment. Will tell you this. There are many in your world in your place of living. Some will bring you joy and some will bring you lessons. Some will come to teach you what it is you do not wish, and some will come to bring you a knowing of love. When you allow another to cause you distress it is not they that has caused you distress, but you, for you have allowed the distress to come forth. Understand no matter what is on your outside, you can control how you receive what is on the outside, on the inside. You can control your emotions and your perceptions of any given situation.

So the message for you this day is when another brings your trigger and you do not wish to be in anger, or frustration, then we say let it be.

Release the occurance as something you do not wish to take in within, just as you would not take in a beverage that you do not wish. You would let it be. This is your message for this day. You are in charge of your inner world.

The card of two 

We say to these that are reading the card of two that your day and the days to come bring much opportunity to change your conditions, to change your living, to change what you do to bring the money in the household. There is much afoot, many openings, and it is such a time when you may decide, or not, to achieve a different way of living, to change your abode, to try something new that you may not have thought of before. It is a week that your life may change if you take the step towards that.

It is always your decision to do so. We are saying that there are opportunities that are specially poignant  at this time. Opportunities that may not give the strength at a later time, than they do at this time. Remember one may experience the same tomorrow, as they do today if there is no but change. Change puts one at unease at times because it is not familiar and humans love familiarity. However we say this to you, do you wish familiarity, sameness or do you wish to experience an adventure?

Adventures can be unsettling at times, but once accomplished and you have walked the adventure, you cannot wait to do it again, and again. Be open, be observant, to that, that may bring you adventure in the coming days.

The card of three

To the ones reading the card of three, we say to you do not forget the ones you love along your journey in awakening.

It is true that when one begins to become aware, when one begins to know themselves, there is falling away from that, that does not understand the changes that they are experiencing. It may be so, that one thinks that they are more superior because they have a better understanding of what they are, of who they are. We wish to make clear and this is truth, that one that is not awakened to themselves, is no less important than one that is awakened. The one that is awakened is not put on this pedestal by we, that they are awakened. We love all in the same quantity regardless of whether they are awake or asleep, regardless of whether they are active in their self discovery or not. Be understanding that those that are around you may not quite comprehend your changes, and may even seek them as being a little selfish. Patience with them. For it is when you can live your awareness among those that are not understanding, when it is that you may live your truth around those that you love, even though they are not as aware as you,  when you can be who you are, within your family unit,  in co-creation, then this is what a master is. A master can live in the mire and still be shining their light, still be clean, 

unaffected by negativity around them, for you see when one is awakened in a unit that is a family they raise the energy, the light in that abode, and what begins to occur is that those that are around them begin to trigger their own awakening process, in their own self discovery, the journey that is self realisation. Love those that you love. We do not say to take negativity from those that are there around you, but to be your light, so that none may touch you in such a way, and yet that you may raise those around you in greater awareness, without preaching to another. You simply live your journey your truth and by doing so, you help others lift their energies.

Patience is needed in this process. Walk your talk, live your truth in your daily living in amongst humanity, and know you are exactly where you are meant to be, for when there is one light in a room of darkness, it lights up all that is around in that space. A house that has many lights on, awakens a many from their slumber.

On the channeling process, conscious vs unconscious, & co-creation, (my impatience with it) & regarding  the new energy amplifications, the limitless possibilities

Note I haven't marked this channel as Abacus or Adam as it feels like a merge of  both. It's different in a way I can't explain. Something's changed again. I'll channel on that soon.

Channeling ( the realms of light )

We are in your field once again.

There is much to delve in. You have questioned much. We bring through what is of most import to you.

Understand the process that is communication,  between you and the realms  of light,  is such a one that is not discernable in it's authenticity.

These ones that is felt by the human in the heart, it is not one that may be proven by other's standards.

We say to you, if what comes brings peace, understanding, insight and love, does it matter from whence the  information comes?

You have much agitation in wondering if the connection is real, if we are clear enough by your standards. You wish that only we come, and that you are packed up in a box.

Note: ( by packed up in a box they refer to unconscious channeling )

We do not wish this. We wish the communication to be a co-creation between that, that is you, god source in physicality, and that that is we, in the etheric. It is a meld of the two to combine as one. The co-creation of both. It is a team, a oneness.

We understand that, that you wish.

It may be so that you, in your trust, allow us more intertwinment.

This comes in time dearest. It is a process. It is when one begins to feel and have faith in their connection, and then there is a development, that aids the communication.

You are most impatient, and we understand your impatience. However with this new energy there is much that may be accomplished in the later parts of this time we are in.

Patience. You are exactly where you are to be. It has not been so long ago that you began this particular journey. When one begins there is an  urgency that one will run out of time, to do what they came to do.

Understand that there is plenty of time, for what one starts now is never ending.

To all that are listening, patience.

It is been but a short time where the amplifications have begun.

Amplifications create a miss match of sorts. You begin to see where you were, and where you are going and where you are now is not here, nor there, and so you feel a type of disresonance and in balance.

You begin to feel as if you have moved to the past, for you cannot quite grasp the future and so you feel as if one leg is in one, and the other is in the other. You feel in inbalanced, pulled in between the two.

Understand you are in the process of letting go of the past, understanding there is only this moment in time.

The future will meld into your present. It is not that you are moving forward, you are attaining to think in a linear three-dimensional fashion. What is occurring is you are letting go , you are opening and you are increasing your vibration.

The energies are constantly enabling you to accomplish more, to hold more, and so what occurs in the present moment becomes what you see as your future, however it is all happening in the now.

It is as if you pull time into yourself, for when you begin to vibrate at a higher rate, your time constructs cease to exist the higher you vibrate. You begin to lift in your awareness of time, of linear thought, of your three-dimensional world.

We say to you patience.  Be in the moment enjoying what you love to do. When something becomes unexciting it is time to change. Awareness will come to you, where you are to go, for you all have a certain element to bring to the fore.

Your mind holds an image an idea of where you are to be, of what you are to do. It is good to have an understanding of what one may do in their life work. However, understand that as you change, the ideals, your ideals change also, and new ideals will come to the fore, new ways that you wish to explore. What you may think that you will do now, as your life work, may change in a heartbeat, for you will discover another course of action.

Know that your future is not set in stone. You have always the choice to change what you are experiencing and what you wish to accomplish.

When you do what you love opportunities arise that will lead you down different paths. What we say to you and especially to this one, do what you love, what you enjoy to do. When you are doing this, your door will be knocked on, and offers will arrive, opportunities will arise, ones you never dreamed possible.

You will be in awe of the power that you are and that is spirit. Do not think that you are limited, for god  is limitless.

We say to you clear your mind of what you think you can achieve, and open up to the expansion, and all possibilities. You have no idea that may be achieved. Open up to the highest good for all concerned and know that you will be a magnet for that, for that opportunity to arise, that comes to you in a manner that is most unexpected.

We say to you let go of what you think may occur and be open to the many possibilities, that you have no awareness of at this time, for what you think will not support you now, will carry you later.  When one is in service to other, any manner of possibilities may occur.

It is is when one loves oneself, and is selfless in the loving, (Note we do not say selfish, for when one does not love oneself there is no possibility that they may love another) , when one is in this awareness, is living this consciousness,  with the highest good of all they encounter, then the doors open wide. The opportunities  are limitless.

We say to you be at peace where you are, and peace will be yours.
