Is this the reason? Or is it that you feel fear? Is it that you fear the exercise ?

Dear heart you do understand the energies will boost your field better than sleep. You are secure in this exercise no matter what the time of day. It is the time of day you fear is it not?

Know there is no time. No late. No early . You are always safe and loved. Do you not feel us now in your heart as you write? You are not in an altered state yet you feel us do you not?

Dear heart your perceived time is passing. Are you willing to trust that you are safe? No matter the time? You will sleep well when we are completed. No fear only love

Dear heart the light was transferred, an upgrade , as you say download. Your power centre is your heart. This is where your power to heal comes  from. It is a big power. Powerful and so a big exchange

Dear heart do you not feel free when you are running the energies?

What we wish to remind, is that it is you! You have fear that something else will take you over. What you still do not comprehend , is that it is you! Your energy, your light that you fear. What you feel is "your love"

Ponder this today, if you will. 

Do not have fear to what has just occured. It is simply another upload of energetics. It is a continual process. It felt extreme because it is. You will adjust dear heart. Of this have no doubt. With love, always with love.
