Adam as you are aware I've worked on the book today :) I am a bit confused though. 

I found an earlier channeled book start id forgotton about. Was I meant to combine that with the other? 

How did I forget that? Have so many channelings I must have got them mixed up. Hmmm

Dear heart. Settle yourself. Be still , be clear. We will converse with you shortly in regards to the writings. You are distracted at present. Clarity is needed.

Adam which part do I add to which section? Combine it all ?

Dear heart, continue as you are. You are on track. Combine the two. You will know which part is to be intertwined. If you look closely one leads onto the next like pieces of a jigsaw. 

Do I put energy before soul ?

Adam

Which do you believe came first? 

Energy?

Adam

Correct. Though in essence they are the same and existed intertwined. For the purpose of the book, energy before soul. 

And change before or after soul. 

Adam

Before. 

And then soul  and then shift?

Adam

Affirmative

And then there's more? 

Adam

Much more dear heart. The tools

Ohhh the tools. And then

More. Dear heart it will come as is needed. Continue on. We will guide as we go. 

Ok. And the title?

It will come also. We are pleased you have recomenced the writings. You will find as you rehash the information, in the rewriting as you are doing this day our words will take a new meaning one even you dear heart had no awareness of. You see when you speak or write our words you have little memory of the meanings. It is clear during the process of channeling, but as you return to your normal state of being you lose the

Memory and the understanding. It is only when you transcribe and read back the information , like the readers , it is only then that you begin to truly understand which we are referring to. This rehashing, revisiting , re typing your written words, our conversations, then become much clearer and you begin to have a much deeper understanding. You will doubt our words less and trust your transcription more. Dear heart it will be understood. You need not fear that it will not. You dear heart learn, memorise,  in the rewriting. There is a method here, In place for a specific purpose. Trust the process. Patience.

I'm so impatient! I just want it written.

Dear heart you are here for the journey. It is the journey you wished to experience not the end result

But I do want the end result

You see dear heart you can not but help to wish to do more! You are a creator. Source experiencing itself anew constantly. If not on earth, then elsewhere.

But of course child. Do not think you have lived only in the earth realm. 

I noticed in the book, and just then you always say " in" the earth realm. Never "on" the earth realm. I thought it a spelling error at the time but you just did it again. Why?

Perceptive dear heart. You say your not observant , but indeed you are. 

There is a difficulty here to describe what is not easily understood as you have no concept of the dynamics. However we will endeavour to try, 

We say you are "in" the earth realm because you are in fact " in" a dimensional reality. You are not "on" a reality. Dimensions are spaces In time. You are in essence " inside " a dimension. You are within , not without, not outside of a reality but in the heart of it. You are immersed , imeshed in it. You are not on top or outside, but inside. It is all you can see inside your reality. Up , down, left right you see 3D.  You may transverse out of this reality when in meditation or astral traveling. You are still inside the matrix , but you may travel outside your dimensionality. To do this again one must go " within " as it's inside of you, the key, the door.

Ok now I'm confused and have more questions. Google mentioned you can get to the 4th dimensiin through a worm hole?
