We are here. You feel us do you not? There is no room for doubt, when you feel this way. We constantly show you who we are through feeling and thought. Know we are constantly with you child. You get Busy in your daily living and you seek to connect with us when you are able. You still not have the conception that we are always around you and it is you that is not in line with us. You but have to sit still, stilling the mind, and let our words flow. It is true that when you are still and you begin to feel us, that the connection has more clarity, however it is not that we are not there. Know this to be true child. This Day is a beautiful day is it not? The energies are flowing down on your plane are magnificent. The love that many are expressing and receiving on these days lift the energies for all. You see when one lifts the energy , in one household it lifts the energies of the whole, not simply of that dwelling. Are you understanding dear one? The Christmas season on your plane many are openly expressing love, and so this rises the vibrational sequence for all, even those that are not in this state of being, and so with that raising of frequency it raises the many, and then with the energy that is raining down on your plane, from god, from the solar sun, it also serves to increase the energys even more and so many may be rubbing their eyes, for the first time.
What we mean by this is that many
( are beginning to awaken to who they really are because the energies that are being transmitted through this holiday cheer is increasing the vibration of the planet, and so all benefit from this Christmas season. Many including you dear heart being busy , scurrying back and forth during this time, when In essence you would receive more joy if you were still and in that state of being you so enjoy. We understand in your plane, in your existance you place importance on many things that do not need so much importance. It is your choice we understand but if you tweak what you do just alittle you will find that you experience a much more pleasurable holiday season. There is much giving yes, but much of the giving holds resentment also , and this is not lifting the energy. We feel you understand what we are referring to. When these energies are lifted many that are not of the vibration get triggered and so they begin their bitterness, their rampage, their feelings of insecurity come to the fore and many are not liking what they are getting from them. Be aware they are doing all they can with what they know. They do not know why these feelings come up. They do not understand they still hold on to Old resentments and so when this holiday season comes and the energy increases this is put in their face so to speak. It is a good thing as in time these will be dealt with and hopefully they grow from the experience. Those that are open and aware should be tolerant of these souls. They do not understand what is occurring, only you have the bigger picture, if you practice kindness and tolerance without being a marter or putting yourself in a situation, That is not in being with who you are, then they may )
release their tensions. Do not misunderstand, we do not mean to say to you, the accepting of anyone that is causing you distress, however be aware as to why they are feeling this way and perhaps in compassion, what they are going through. In this you are helping to stabilise what is occurring rather than fuelling it to a new level. You being the awake one know what we are referring to.
We advised dear heart for you, to gain much rest through this holiday season. You have been overextending yourself as always. We revere what you do and we, acknowledge that, it is your growth. We have been very pleased in this however you tolerate much that is not needed to be tolerated. You are best advised to listen to how you are feeling and if you are not feeling to do something, of what others may require of you, you are simply to say, no. You do not need to explain, you simply say no. That that is not ideal for you at this present time. Be selective with your energy dear heart. You are using much in this work and if you overextend yourself, you will fall back a little.
We would love for you to make time in this resting to finish the book dear heart. You have many days still in front of you and we understand you may use some of this time, to pastimes that are not to your best interests. This is only an advisement dear heart. It is your will always be done , however if you are wanting to follow this journey we are walking, we strongly advise you make a start on this book that you have already begun. We are ready to begin the next chapter at any moment. You need not be in trance dear heart you are but to sit, by your Computer or book , and simply type or write with no disturbances. Use your sacred space which is ideal for this work, or where you are now in nature. This is your time dear heart to do what you most want to do, and we understand that this is what you are wanting. It is simply your doubts that you are not good enough that you are not clear enough, that is stopping you, and so we push because we are aware, that this is really what you do want, not because it is what we want, although we do want that also. Are you understanding? This is good. We may this tomorrow. This evening dear heart rest. Have some enjoyment with your family. Tomorrow we begin the book. Are you in agreement? This is good this is very good. Do not worry that it will not be published for those that will help us will come once the book is near completion. The other one that we spoke to you about, our Conversations, may also be formulated, in a way that is readable to the public, for those that have not seen these Conversations before. This books topic is to be titled " an awakening ".
This is your journey, and ours that we share so that others may see it is not so hard to begin a conversation. They will see your doubt they will see your highs, they will see the all of it. They will be triggered to perhaps begin their own journey. This book Will help many dear heart. Know this. It does not matter that it is already out there for people to read. When it is formulated in a way that is coherent. Mmmmm many will enjoy our journey together. An awakening into spirit. Adam. Yes. This is the title for that book. Your other will be here soon dear heart. We leave you now. We will rejoin shortly in your sacred space. We love you dearly as we do all of humanity and all that read these words, For they are touched by spirit in doing so.
