Adam can I connect with your energy? I feel I need a boost but also some have asked on ways to clear. I know what I've been doing but can I get your perspective please that will help others reading? What would help them best?

We may guide though we may not help per se. That is up to each individual soul to find within them what is to be cleared to let go.
Anything thing that holds a resistance holds out the light . We say to you
Let go of resistance let go of that that encumbers your soul that makes you feel heavy . To clear is to release what holds you in heaviness in resentment, it is no accident that when one lets go one feels lighter. ( light ) when you let go of fear or resentment of anything than leaves you with a heaviness, a sick feeling , this helps to lift, to clear ,
Adam my arms, feet legs are all still tingling. It's like my cells are vibrating ?

That is because they are! Dear heart your energy lifts when the vibration is raised when it is moving at a faster rate. When the cells are flooded with light they move faster spinning faster and so they feel lighter as though you may lift off. The physical feeling may be numbness. Tingles are a feeling of being embodied in love.
When the cells resonate slower you feel heavy, disconnected as they move more slowly, by rasing your vibratory rate you are essentially creating health , a liveliness about your being . Every cell responds , is flooded.
To clear means to dislodge those parts of you that are blocking this flow. Find what makes you feel heavy , then let go of that or think on ways you may increase your energetics .
Know you are doing a service dear heart. You question the message . Know all is given that is able and that may be understood to a degree that warrants no major challenges.
