How to connect to higher self✨

Dear ones

We come to the fore to say we understand the process, your difficulties in establishing ways of bringing through your higher self. What we say to you is this. 

It is not so difficult as you imagine, in fact it is very easy to connect with you core. The steps to connecting with your higher self dear ones are this:

Sit in your silence whether it be inside your dwelling or outside in mother earths living room.

Sit and be still.

Begin to let go of any outside influences.

Sit in your silence in the void.

Intend, ask to connect to that part of you, that knowing, that has all the knowledge of this life time and others.

Intend the connection to be made, then listen open your heart, feel the changes within you, and without you, listen to any thought that may occur. This is your connecting to yourself. You may initially doubt what comes, as it feels like you. It sounds like you. But know in essence it is you, and this is why it feels as such.

Sit in that stillness and listen and emerge with that that is you, on the other side of the veil.

In time with practice the connecting becomes easier, in time the connection is undoubtable.  

This is a step a simple step, in connecting with yourself, you may receive images, you may audiably hear thought you may get thought drops as this channel does. You may have experiences, you may feel them, there is no right or wrong in experiencing your higher self. There are many variables, your one, will be right for you. This is but one way of many to make the connection. There is no time but the present time. You are the one youve been waiting for.
