Ohh The light body. We watched parts of a movie and spoke of the rainbow body.. Is there a relevance to you ? Your name you chose?

What were your first impressions? Your " intuitive" thought in that  space? 

Well I thought that rainbow body is the same as light body?

Affirmative. It is one and the same. 

So is that why you wanted to be called rainbow collective? Is there a significance?

Adam

Dear heart we asked to be acknowledged as this as it most closely resembles, atunes with who we are. We are light. Light is made of all the colors of the Rainbow. 

Is there any significance to the rainbow body though? The light body

Adam

There is in that we have come at a time in humanities alignment with them selves. We are here to help bring clarity, peace and remembrance. 

You ask if there is significance. There is always significance when it comes in the practice of such. It is all entertwined. All relevant. 

So the rainbow body is significant to the rainbow collective?

It is another piece of the puzzle dear heart. Are we not here to help guide you at this time?

Another question.. Were the past life regressions from last night real? I mean did I really see two past lives accurately?

They were a glympse. A moment in time. A snap shot. If you were perhaps in another life at this time, and you saw a moment of your time,  now, would you have the true understanding of your whole life span?

No way. It wouldn't tell me much other than maybe I was inside a modern time frame and what I looked like roughly, not even

Understanding is dawning. You can not, understand the all of it, in a moment. 

Yeah if I was looking into a past maybe more but not if I was in the past looking a future. Like if I was in a medieval life and I got a snap shot of me, say on a computer... I wouldn't know what a computer was...

Ok well last night I saw a past and future

Dear heart some clarity is needed here. There is no past and future. There is only the now. There is no time as you understand it. 

Ohhh now my minds working overtime

I saw a life where I was living a normal life in the day, and then at night I was underneath a house, like a cellar maybe  , hidden, working in alchemy! I had to hide it. It was forbidden. Looked like  maybe Tudor time?

And another I was in the future ( as I know it ) working with energy from my hands. Futuristic. I was working with colored energy.  I stood with my right arm stretched out Palm out...

The lesson in the witnessing of the previous life.  What did you glean from the first dear heart? 

I was hiding what I did ...

Ummm learning to work with energy

These are the reasoning behind the regression , to work through issues that hold you back that is locked within your DNA

The time for hiding is over dear heart. The regression helps you to see where you were, what held you back, and where you are going. A snapshot that holds much if you delve into the meaning. 

So they weren't my imagination

Dear heart if you can imagine it you can create it, or it has been created before. You create through your imaginings. Do you not see?

Why is it so difficult to get my mind behind it, to understand?

Dear heart your understanding in your present time is cumbersome. You cannot know what you do not know and you cannot remember the all of it. It is a process. Do not de value what you do. You are doing well. We are so very pleased. Be still dear heart. Allow all to fall away and feel. 

This is where your truth lies. There is no greater truth than that of your feeling, your heart

Adam there's a few things I want to ask. One is regarding something I've been asked to do, and the other is regarding energy work uses. You know the questions, I'll let you guide where this goes

Dear heart again there is worry placed where there is no need. As you are already aware, where you put your attention, energy flows. You were right to avoid the interaction. Well done. You have come far in a short space. They are simply seeking attention to comfort a malady. Any attention they will accept, good or bad. They are not in a listening frame of mind but in anger. Others anger fuels there's. Avoidance was the option. You may send them love that they may feel it and be touched by it. It may help to diffuse the situation, and In effect may save others pain, though it is their wish to experience so, as you are aware. All have choice. 

Thankyou. I thought as much. Regarding use if energy?

You are feeling what "you" feel when you are inline with us. This is a similar field they experience when you are working on them and using the energies. 

Ohh so when I run the energies during a treatment they feel what I feel when channeling?

Do you not feel love? Do you not feel light? What do you feel when you run the energies?

Yeah so they feel what I feel?

Similar dear heart. They do not experience exactly like you as your energetics have changed, have Excelerated. However you recall what you experienced initially?

Wow ok so they feel that? From me running energy?

Affirmative. Each will feel different to the other, however all will feel a certain state that is in line with there own nature. Do you recall setting a healing space for another in lesson?

Yes.. Ahhh ok I get it now. So it's ok for me to use the energies on this way? Like I'm not pushing it on them am I? Like is it ok to use? 

Adam

Dear heart, when you set the space in your treatment room, when you dim the lighting, light the candles, set the tones, do you ask permission of your client ?

Umm no

Adam

This is same. You are simply running the energies to set a healing space, or a relaxing space or an uplifting space, depending on which feeling space you are setting. Then there own soul may use it or nay. You may like to revise that section of material. You are creating the space , they may accept or nay. 

Why does the top of my head get tender when I trance channel? I was with you in trance a moment ago and now the top of my head is sore. At the market after afew readings it was really sore.

Dear heart you are aware our energy envelopes your etheric body. It also enters through your crown, the very centre. Much energy flows through and so you feel some tenderness. It is simply that the flow is large and the opening still stretching to fit, to accomade our flow. This will remedy in time. 

It was never sore earlier. Why now?

Adam

Dear heart the flow is greater, for longer periods of time. You are beginning to experience tightness between the eyes, pressure behind your forehead, yes?

Yes ! During the pinea exercise yesterday! It's like my eyes are trying to see backwards, inside my head. It's like my eyes , instead of looking front ways are looking back ways towards the pineal, but inside of it , to see. Is that right? That's how it feels.

Dear heart we suggest this method. Imagine that the pineal is the projector with the image , rather than trying to look within it, by looking at it, it will develop that you will become the image , you will emerge into it. By using this method the pressure will ease slightly as there is less pushing, less resistance. If you see blankness then look at that and emerge with that.

Dear heart at times you push to experience. Be the experience 

Now see that confuses me

Adam

Simply allow yourself to feel what is occurring at any given time without trying to make something occur. Be the observer. It is much like when you are listening to a piece of music. You feel the tones , you emotions, you allow it to change your state. It is such with being the experience. You  become  the feelings, the emotions, the state without trying to change anything. When you do this you fall into the void, into the experience.

Dear heart you are waiting and waiting. 

Dear child wait no more.

This day we will bring through another avenue of thought.

Many are questioning what to do regarding their loved ones when they are seeking something different to themselves. When there is a mismatched of energetics in the home or in the relationship. We wish to speak of this. It may not relate to you dear one but it relates to others. 

And in fact you may have your blinders on here, if you choose to be open to this.

We will say that when there is one that is growing, when  one is awakening,and there is not the other in this arena. When one is lifting and endeavouring to become more realised, and the other not so much, what begins to occur is that in the raising of one, the rest of the arena is beginning to be raised also. They may begin to question what is occurring in their life. They may begin to question their career, their endeavours. It may not be in line with what you are searching. You may be searching something completely different. You may be searching your oneness, your connection with all there is, however the other although not in alignment, with what you are searching for, the other may begin searching different avenues, and other ways of living, and so in fact they are being raised also. Do you see? When one is beginning to work on the energetics the whole arena , that whole household begins to increase in vibration. It is naive to assume that if you are in the space and you are working on your energetics and you are increasing your vibration , that those around you stay where they are, or where they were. It is in fact that they are beginning to be increased also. It is but the way of it. It is that they are in that space, that they will begin to be increased also. If it becomes uncomfortable for them, then they will leave, but mostly they will not as they are immeshed in the relationship, they do not know what is occurring, they only know that they are seeking change. It may be that they seek change away from the one that is increasing their vibration, but mostly they will begin to raise in a different way. Remember not all seek enlightenment in the same Avenue. They may see it differently. In a different way. This does not make it the wrong way. They are still changing, they are still seeking something new. Are you understanding? They are still seeking change. One way is not always the right way. 

You are all individualisations of the whole. Does it not stand to reason that each one will endeavour to be realised in a different way.

Eventually, eventually they will seek themselves. But like you they begin somewhere. Know that there is never a mistake. Everything occurs as is meant. We hear you dear heart. Patience. We are endeavouring to answer what is needed at this time . We are aware. Your inquiry will not be unattended.

Know that many that are awakening are scattered for that very reason. Does it not stand to reason that if all that are in one place,  what would be the benefit? They would be awakening each other, and then do you perceive, half the planet in darkness,  and half the planet in light. We scatter the realised. We scatter the ones that are working with the light. We scatter them like seeds in a garden, so that they may bloom in all avenues, in all walks of life. It is when they begin to become realised, it is when they begin to do the work, that they shine the light about them and so the energetics begin to change and people begin to open their eyes from their sleep. It is the way to bring the whole into alignment. Yes there is the grid around the whole, and yes, it is affected with every change, with every upliftment however, there is more change when there are scatterings here and there. We do not contain the light workers as you contain a disease. With a disease you try to contain it in the one area so that it does not spread, you see, however, with enlightenment, with light workers per se, why would we contain them in one area. We want to take hold. We want the realisations to be heard  by others. We wanted to spread. You want it to spread. Are you understanding? And so we planted you. You chose. We discussed where, how they would be placed on the earth so that there is pockets that spread and grow. Are you understanding now why the ones that are changing the energies are scattered? There is no distance in consciousness. When one is connected the distance is naught. The connection takes but a moment, but it is those that are not connected , that seek the upliftment and so the light is spread everywhere. The ones that are awakened are not in darkness, are not, not connected , you see. So they are not separated from the whole. The technology at present helps to keep those connections alive. There is but a reason why there is this technology, at this point in time. Has not your technology increased speedily over the number of years? It will continue to do so. There will be many advancements. Know all is as it is, in balance. You may not see as we see.

Dear heart 

You are feeling the changes in your energetics, when we are working with the centres. This feels alittle different, does it not? You are in a higher place. We will come through in a different way. You will endeavour to use the energies in this way so that you may contribute to bringing our messages through much clearer , with less mind, more us. You have been doing an enormous ask. Now we are endeavouring to bring through a different form of conversation, a different form of channeling. This is the new energy. You are conscious channeling in light body activation. It is not the norm. This is new energy orientation. There is much for you to learn. You are not there yet, but this is a beginning, a accumulation of set energies. We come through in a different aspect a different way. You are questioning earlier why it is that there are many minds connecting at the same time. This is occurring because many are thinking alike. You are all tapped into these frequencies, you are not separate. You are still not understanding that you are not separate. You are one conciousness. You are one energy. You are not different from another. You are not separate from another. You are a whole structure , you are a whole conciousness, and so when one questions and pushes at the boundaries then that is felt by the others also. When one thinks a thought the others are triggered also. 

When many are connected in this structure, there are synapse pulses occurring. There are many pathways getting fired. One has a thought and then that travels to the other,  and then the other has the thought. It is all connected. It is like....

This one is seeing a simple leaf with all the pathways connected to the stem that leads to the whole plant. There are many veins in this leaf. Many connections in the one. They all gather light. They all synthesise together. You are all making connections, energetic pathways, so when one feels, the other feels, there is no distance, there is no length that will stop this occurring. Conciousness is space, it is everywhere that you see. It is all around you, all over. It is within you, it is outside of you. It is the all of it. When one piece of the conciousness makes a creation, an enquiry, a distinct method of asking , then it travels through all those pathways and the others feel it also, and then they have the thought. Do you not see? You are one consciousness. You are the one. The 1. Do you not see the 1's dear heart ? You see them constantly. This is what they signify. It is the singularity. You are all one. 

The numbers seek to remind you of who you are. There are many changes occurring. You cannot comprehend the changes, but they are so enormous. There is a system in

place to help you understand, but you may not understand what is down the road until you have walked the path. Till you have driven the road. You may not get from A to B without going the distance. 

You cannot be a master without first being a student. There is always method involved. It is so that one cannot make the jump until they have learnt how to stand. There will be a sequence of events that will lead you to this singularity. But first you must become more conscious, you must become more aware, you must learn how to change your thoughts. You must learn how to control your surroundings. You see you cannot be at the end of the road if you do not know how to drive your vechicle first, to have you make the leap from A to B, without the journey inbetween, would be disastrous. For you have not learnt to manipulate the energy in a way that is in line with god consciousness. It is like putting a loaded gun in a toddlers hands. It would be disastrous. There is method here. It is the way. As one becomes learned, becomes remembered in who they are, when one lifts their light, when one understands the all of it, then and only then can they reach the end of the road. Remember it is the journey , it is the journey, you have come here for the journey that leads to that future. Remember there is only the now, all

is happening in the now, however , you do not get to experience the all of it. It is a conundrum . Yes, it is not understood in the fullness. Yes, and this is how it is to be. 

Know over time you will begin to understand. Light will be shone. Frequencies will be lifted. Veils will be thinned, many doorways will be opened. But first you must learn the sequences. Are you understanding.? We think not. Not the all of it, and this is the way of it also. 

There are many planets, many star systems,  that have been where you are now. But there is a difference here. There is a slight alteration. One that cannot be shared as yet. Know although this has happened before, it has not happened in this way. Light will dawn dear hearts. Light will dawn.

( not sure what this "state" was. Not quite trance and yet not normal auto writing either. It began with auto writing as I normally do, and then i connected with them energetically and wrote in world of my own. When I finished I couldn't recall what I had written, and had to read back )

It's lengthy. Guess I had catching up to do

Adam I slept most of yesterday afternoon and evening and then slept 8 hrs straight last night! Every time I tried to connect with you I would fall

Asleep. I would begin to feel you and then.... Nothingness

Adam

Good morning dear heart is it not a beautiful day?

It is. I'm feeling a lot better today. I was in pain yesterday 

Adam

We are aware dear heart.  It is why we allowed slumber in the connection. For in slumber there is healing. You understand this however you practice not. Listen to what your body is asking of you when you are  feeling this way. 

Be still a moment to chat with us energetically, if you will. We have much to say this morning of your time. You have a few moments do you not? It will charge you up also for the day ahead.

As you are aware when you connect with us in this way light flows. Where there is light, no darkness can abide. Take note dear heart.

It will serve you well to remember this statement. When you feel as you have been, think if these words.

At times , certain times you fear the changes that occur. It is sometimes the norm in your human condition. It is when you experience something that is abnormal to you, that you do not understand, that fear sets in. Know that sometimes experiences that are not your norm, are not bad. They are just different. Know that even experiences that are uncomfortable may be good. Not all bad feeling experiences are bad. This has thrown you. 

Let us explain.

What you are calling awakening  or  ascension symptoms may feel uncomfortable to you and yet these are not what you call  bad. They serve a purpose that is good, and yet they sometimes feel bad. Are you understanding? 

Yes when you are connected you feel light, you feel love, this is to be expected. However your physical body is still in an adjustment phase and so it may sometimes struggle to hold this amount of light. It is in the process of attunement of recalibrating of readjusting to these new frequencies. In this process to hold these new frequencies in the recalibration there  can be a stretching of sorts, a growing. You have heard the term have you not growing pains? This is in essence in a simplistic form of description, of  what you are experiencing. 

Growing pains. You are growing into yourself. Many many are experiencing this at this time. Your bodies are expanding into themselves. It is remembering, recalibrating,  an opening up, to all that you are, all that you have been and all that you will be. When there is a download of energetics when you are beginning to develop you will feel these growing pains. We suggest when this occurs  that you slumber, for in the slumber you reset so to speak. 

It is in a sense how your animal kingdom readjusts. It is much like your butterfly. It's resets itself anew. You are metamorphosing you are turning yourself inside out. This will occur in increments, unlike, what we have  just spoken. Your bodies cannot take on the change all at once, it must occur in increments, and so you will experience this changes incrementally. At times you will feel wonderful and then at times not so much so. You are at this moment experiencing digestive upset are you not? The reason for this is that you are adjusting inside, the body cannot withhold the foods that you are ingesting. Yes you have my changes, this is so,  however, there are more to be made dear heart. Your body and your intuition will guide you,  as to what is appropriate, at this time, and what is not. As you change, the physical needs will change. As your body adjusts so will what it will require. 

The more you work with these light body exercises the more you will change. And so does it stand to reason that what you feed your body , how you manipulate it, will change also. Note this is normal,  not just for you dear heart but for all that are reading these lines. 

Do not be surprised that something that you have ingested for most of you time on earth suddenly becomes unpalatable. That your body begins to reject the substance and tries to tell you most emphatically! Listen to what it is telling you. If you do not, it will make it abundantly aware to you, in the way of illness. This is your signpost. When you are raising your frequency your body will endeavour  to purge anything that is not of same.  There is some tweaking to do dear heart, know this. 

Your physical bodies cannot digest foods that are heavy and not of the earth. Foods that are of a high vibrational nature are required as you develop. Working with energetics needs sustenance of an energetic nature. Foods that are manipulated  to the point where they have no life left in them will not work with your energetic structure. Foods  that hold  a high vibration are required at this point in time dear heart. 

We say to those that are reading these lines take note,  as this message relates to you also. 

When you are working with energetics when you are endeavouring to raise your frequency, it is a requirement that what you nourish your body with,  is also of  high frequency. 

Does that not stand to reason? Think about this, give this some of your thought. Yes it is true that as your energetics raise the requirement for nourishment is less, however you are not at this stage as yet , of your development. 

When you are at a higher vibrational state, when you are increasing your flow,  it is that when you ingest something that is not of flow that your body will regurgitate  it, or it will start to run at a lower rate again. It will begin to feel heavy again it will slow you down so to speak. We are repeating ourselves,  that is so , we do so because this is important. It requires understanding. It is also so that when something is repeated it is better understood. It is the way of it. 

You will feel much better when you listen to bodies, when you go with the flow,  rather than against it. 

We say to you action is always required. Take action that is  palatable to you in small increments. Endeavour to weed out the foods that do not vibrate to  your flow. Hydration is also required. Clean pure water is needed, even  more so than what was needed prior. Dear heart , a reminder. 

We say this to you. When you are endeavouring  to raise the frequencies to work on your energetics,  to  do so, requires changes in all arenas. 

Dear heart , you have made many changes, we acknowledge this, and we are very pleased.  You are now at a precipice. Further advancements requires further changes. This is what your body has been telling you.  As said changes are made, your wings will develop and you'll begin to fly. 

Yes you may begin to fly without these changes however, you will  not reach  as greater a height. 

You dear heart  will not be happy with simply flying, it is your nature , that you are  wanting to soar, this is why you came.  To  reach new heights, to develop and grow forward , and in the doing , show others that is is possible , to leave a path, an example. 

Dear heart write as we say, there is no need for feeling the way you do. There are many here to do, so that others may know how to do for themselves. Why do you think you are here? You do not recall, however we do. There is no shame in this. This is a lesson for you, in being. 

Be yourself, the all of it. Be fearless, be in your truth no matter what others may feel of the words, of your actions. Be your journey in it's fullness and wholeness. We are here to help you in this, so that it may help others. Do not shy away from this now , unless you choose something different. We know your choice however. We do not push dear heart but guide you forward. Know this. Our words are to help you achieve your deepest desire. We know this, in it's completeness. This is but not hidden from out view, as it is hidden from yours. 

Our words are always as a parent to a child, with love, in love, not in ranking but in experience, in knowledge.  You are but our equal in essence. We are here because we have the picture that is hidden from your view. We are your eyes that you cannot see with at this time, in this realm. We are you, with the blinders taken off. We are you, as you would speak to yourself if you were in our shoes, in our place. Are you understanding?

We came due to your call. Your call, was made before you came. We are here to remind you, of all that you are and all that you came to be, to remember. You are the light , all of you are. We are the light, we are here to remind you, to bring that to the fore, to the place you are now, to anchor, to achieve that state where you are now.

We are here in service for all. We are here to help always with love. We are brought forth to help you remember , who you are , to help you achieve what you are here to achieve. You are powerful, beyond measure.. We have come to remind you of that, to help you create peace. For it is when you know this, really know this, you create it. You bring it into the now, which is indeed your future.

We are all that is, and ever will be. We are you, and you us. We are the light, as are you. You call us Adam, know that you are Adam. The first and the last. You are creators in human form as the first man. You have never wondered whence the name "Adam " came?  Think child? What know you of Adam?  In your scriptures? Dear heart, the name came seemingly out of thin air to you. You have never wondered, looked into, delved into, the synchronistic occurance of this name. We will tell you now.

In your scriptures the name Adam is the first name given to the first human man, that came to the fore, in your existance on earth. God/source made Adam. The first human. The first pure human. There had to be duality of course and so there was made Eve . The duality of Adam the female. But again there but has to be duality and so Eve did the dualistic event. And so was born duality. 

The male and the female , the good and the bad, though in essence there is no bad. It is simply duality. Eve was born of light just as Adam. They are the same. She is light just as Adam. 

We brought you the name Adam as we saw it a fitting name to begin our journey, that reflects your scriptures.  Adam represents the first human, the beginning of humanity. Humanity is changing , a new beginning is occurring , the new huMAN. 

Our journey will be in alignment with this, and so the name "Adam" was brought forth to you,

Do you now see the relevance?

You are silent this day, allowing our message to flow. This is good. Dear heart we understand more than you are aware. This has been a long transference. It is so. It is how it was to come forward this day. We honour your silence and allowance of all to come to the fore. The rest had served you well. Ponder our message. Re read over and over. Know we are who we say and you have nothing to fear. We hold you in the highest  regards dear heart and we honour your questions always. Do not fear that you offend with your questions and your doubts,. All have these dear heart. You are simply giving voice to them. We are here to guide you ever forward. This is why we are here. 

All is well, all is on, as you say " par " .

You are opening as you say, a can of worms. We have kept the message simple, so that those that may understand the surface may do so.

We say to you an example , purely a metaphoric way of explaining why the name Adam was brought to the fore, for your understanding of why it was chosen. In simplistic terms, as to how it relates to the message regarding the new human. We will not endeavour to make ones ideals right or wrong however. You are in confusion. This is not an arena to debate religious values. Where we are there is no religion. Religion is man made as are the scriptures. It was an example dear heart. Nothing more. It was your understanding at the time, and those of others, then and now.

We are merely preferring this message to be shared. This may become messy in your eyes , and then be as you say scrapped, as has been done before?

Ummm yeah... I guess I have done that when I thought the messages were too intense, or when I thought maybe somehow my views came through

Dear heart if you ask a question , be ready to "hear" the answer in it's entirety. 

Ok. Well I'm not sure about the whole Adam and Eve thing. I mean it was writen in a book by man.

It has merit , though not entirely in the way you have been given. We have used it as an example. We came to the fore in a certain time space sequence. The name Adam has relevance in your realm, in your " time", in regards to the shift in conciousness. The new man is being born, the new huMAN, as Adam was once born, in the way have understanding of it. 

That is all we wished to make understood. 

We will delve into this future, of this have no doubt. We can feel your confusion, however even you are not there yet. You have not the capacity at this time, to fully understand the all if it. However you will, you all will. When it is the time, we will endeavour to enlighten you , although in reality you will not be requiring this, as you will already have the awareness of this, of truth, which will make this part of our conversing null and void.

Dear heart do you teach your children in their early years, mathematics that are of an advanced nature ? The equivant to what you call university level? They will have no comprehension! There is a system of learning set in place. This is for all realms. Patience dear heart. 

So is the story of Adam and Eve true? 

Did man get created that way?

Ever the seeker you are. 

Know that man was created. Humanity was created. 

By who? God? There are even those that say aliens created humans, but then who created them? It all gas to have begun somewhere?

Who are you made in the image of dear heart? Who made you do you think? Who created the all of it? The universe?

Know this. You were created. All was created. As the creation you now create. This is what is of import. What is it you wish to create now? 

Do that. The past is not of as import as the " now " . There is only ever the now. What is it you wish to create now? Know that you are more than able. Know this. That is the message dear heart. 

You have the tools. We will endeavour to guide you, to the way of it.
