Adam can you explain pls more on what happened last nite? And I have questions reg kundalini, and awakening symptoms

Dear heart you have many questions. The answers however encompass the whole. It is similar in nature. 

When one begins to unravel the extent of themselves they begin to awaken. When one awakens one opens , the deeper self. When this occurs a release of what we will call by products begins to occur. The electrics, the energetics, the cellular structure of the vessel begins to shift, to transform. The old that is not needed begins to be shed , and the new begins to transform. These changes may be uncomfortable, unsettling, not the norm. Fear , anxiety , aches,  physical  , and etheric changes  among a few. All is a process, a journey in self discovery. There are changes. Similar and yet not. All will experience in different variations dependant of the age of the soul. Some have more to release than others, some are faster at allowing the changes whereas others fight them, battle them constantly. So you see, the variations the degree of the "symptoms" will different although the "symptoms " are unanimous to all. Some will experience it deeper than others. Some will feel it strongly and others may not, and others will not know them as awakening at all, but simply a manifestation of the times. 

Some will visit with their physician, with ailments that have not a name. With illnesses that have no faculty. Many are experiencing this at this time. 

Remember, the more attention you apply to these ailments  the more they will become centre stage. 

So that feeling I experienced in my heart ? It felt, I don't know, maybe like a heart attack might feel like , though I've never had one. It was like maybe someone with a racquet , instead of hitting a tennis ball into my chest, it was like a big ball of energy got thumped into my chest. It's the only thing I can think of the explain. Your saying it's a energy upgrade to my heart. How come it didn't feel blissful ?

Dear heart when one becomes enamoured with another , when their heart beats with so much love, a big love, can not this love be so magnificent so enormous that at times your heart begins to thump wildly? 

 Is there not a saying in your humanity that declares love hurts? When a runner runs to their most powerful ability does not their heart thump almost feeling it may jump out of their chest?

When ones heart begins to fail, does not your physicians use electricity , to thump the heart back to life again? 

It can be said the upload you received is a kick start, a reboot, of energy , of filaments firing up the heart, using energetics. 

Hmm .. That's actually what it felt like, kinda. Like I got a bolt of electricity to my heart. Like someone had put paddle on my chest but had forgotton to tell me to stand clear!

Yeah it did. Can I kinda have some warning next time? If it's gonna be intense so I don't freak out?

Dear heart, it is a process. There will be continual upgrades on your journey. Know we will endeavour to fore warn where may. We have guided you to explanations of what may occur and why. Study these as they may help you to understand why it is so. 

Ahh that explains it. You knew I would ask this of you? I was wondering why I was seeing all these links/articles relating to energetics and crystalline structures, as well as symptoms etc

There are many ways we may inform dear heart. Remember this is not the only way. Be observant to what comes to the fore.
