A personal message from Abacus to myself regarding my channeling process. I share because it may help other channelers. 

Dear one, to you we say, be as you are, speak as you are. Write our words as you are. You need to not be any different to as you are now. Connect as you have just connected to we, and instead of voicing we, use your devices, your pens, your papers, whatever takes your fancy, as you say, dear heart, and simply write from the heart. Simply connect with we as you have this day and then write, rather than voice. If you wish to voice dear one, voice and type as you voice, or voice and write as you voice. It matters not. To use your contraptions and then to re-listen, and then to rewrite brings you angst, brings you anxiety, brings you tightness in your soul. We do not wish it to be in this way. We wish it to flow, as we flow, so that it is useful energy, not so that the energy is consumed in the transcription. You are understanding. We are pleased. Do not doubt that we are connected when we speak in this way. Create the space if you wish, connect as you have this day if you wish. Use your light body if you wish, however as you voice we, type we. As your voice we, write we, or simply write  we. Simply allow. Speak from your heart, for that is where we reside. Allow us to flow, for that is the Gateway. Yes we use your pineal, but it is through your heart that you make the connection. When you go within, you go within your heart, within your spark, within your core. We wish to say to you what we have not said before, that we honoured you your process. That we were with you in your ritual, and our love shone down for you, and encompassed you, for we understand the all of it. Dear child we understand. Our love for you is greater than you can encompass, than you can imagine it to be. We are in awe, of who you are and what you are becoming. Our love for you is what you feel now, and what you feel this past day. You may feel the gentleness of it, or you may feel the raw power of it, but it is the same. You mistaken at times what love is. Love conquers all mountains, and so love is forceful, love is powerful. You felt the power and you became hesitant. Understand this day we do not bring you harm. We can never bring you harm. We would not bring this to you. You are the scribe dear one. It is why you are always scribing, and when it is not time to scribe, then you may do all manner of other things. But you know your calling. You can feel it. You cannot avoid it. It will provide for you dear one, have no doubt. When you are doing what you love, you attract all manner of abundance. Do you not have fear of survival, for when you are in love, survival takes care of itself. If you but trust and allow. We have given you all the tools that you need. You are the creator. You are source essense, God essence. Do not be afraid to speak what we speak. As the God  essence in you, you may create all manner of things. Understand this dear one. We understand you wish to transcribe this, this day and what we have brought through and the remainder of the recordings, however begin a new dear one, in the easier use of energy. You will find more flow, and with the flow, the energy and the clarity will be greater. The energy supports this at this time dear one. The voice may be used where it serves a purpose, and it will serve a purpose. We do not speak of this, this day. We simply speak of what is to be created at this point in time. Allow your flower to bloom and to grow dear one.
