This day is the perfect day for you to delve into the workings of your body, of your DNA, of your soul.

We ask you to spend this day in study. We are giving you certain queues. It is a perfect day is it not to do so? You have been guided to begin early this day, to bring forward a chapter in the book.

Study this day. These that of been brought to you, have brought through words that will help you to understand our words that come.

Do not be afraid that they will infringe on our work, on our message for they will not. Our message is a

different flavour, however for you to understand our different flavour, you must study some aspects that you do not quite understand as yet.

Do not fret that they will influence your channelling. They will not. They cannot, and they will not do so. These bring you the learnings that will help you to understand our concepts when they come, for our concepts are quite intricate, and will become very in depth, and you may not understand the depth without the

fundamentals in place.

The learnings come to you by no accident. We ask you, We advise you to make time to read through them. Your day is perfect for this this day.

You have brought much these following days. To bring to many readings, brings one not to take in and integrate what has been brought before. 

So we do not bring a new message through today. What you have brought through so far, through us is enough. There is much food for thought in those messages.

Today we ask you to spend time in study, in understanding certain structures. When you feel your mind cannot take any more, re-emerge your self with the one. Be in stillness to integrate and then begin to read again. 

You understand what we say.

We leave you now to your nourushment and to your day. Know that we love you. How can we not? You are who we are, and we are who you are. We are one and the same. 

Feel the love we bring.

Sit a moment with this sentence. Feel, know, absorb who we are in this moment. 

We are, you are, all connected, all one, experience of the one. Whether it be what you call extraterrestrials, whether you are human, no matter who you are you are all the one. 

It would be a naive mind that would think that the human is the only source of life. There are many lifeforms, many, and you have been many. 

We are here to remind you that you are connected to so much more than you understand, and once you understand who you are, you will understand the power you hold within your soul within yourself. Once you understand this and understand that power, that love that you hold, your life will change. As a result of that everything changes for what you do affects all, for we are all connected, and we are one.

What affects the one affects the all, and what affects the all affects the one. It is one big jigsaw. You move one piece and it begins to affect the picture. You move another and another it begins to affect the picture. 

You are a masterpiece, a piece of the big masterpiece.

Know your worth. Do you not think you are not good enough? How can you not be good enough when you are a piece of everything. Never doubt your importance for all that you do, all experiences create. No creation is wasted.
